Colbe supports the HR Top 100 ‘Impact on Work Wellbeing’ award
Colbe supports the ‘Impact on Work Wellbeing’ category of the HR Top 100 awards. Presented at the end of March 2027, the award recognises HR leaders who put work wellbeing on the agenda and advance the conversation about its impact. CHROs can be nominated for this and the other three categories until the end of December. In March, a public vote will determine the winner in each category.

Work is more than tasks and deadlines. It is a place where people feel connected, develop and thrive. HR leaders play a crucial role in creating these conditions. Raising awareness of work wellbeing is one thing; making it a strategic priority is essential. CHROs who do so ensure that work wellbeing has a meaningful place in discussions about employability, business continuity and performance.
CHROs who make a difference
For the ‘Impact on Work Wellbeing’ award, the HR Top 100 is looking for HR leaders who demonstrate that a focused approach to work wellbeing makes a real difference. The HR Top 100 provides a platform for Dutch CHROs to share their vision for the future of work and organisations. By supporting this award, Colbe helps raise the profile of HR leaders who are making a difference.
Data and demonstrable impact
The HR Top 100 focuses on three themes. The first, ‘From data to insight’, considers whether CHROs use data and analytics as a starting point rather than an end in themselves. ‘From intervention to demonstrable impact’ focuses on CHROs who show which approaches truly make a difference. ‘From wellbeing to strategic investment’ explores how convincingly HR leaders connect work wellbeing to wider organisational goals and executive decision-making.
The awards for this and the other categories, alongside the expert jury awards, will be presented at the HRtop100 event 2027 on 25 March 2027 at AFAS Software in Leusden.
